Short update this time! 

We're in the final stretch!

 Timeline:  Implementing final art, text edits, achievements, steam trading cards and stuff.  Early access for backers some time this month, then digital release.  Post launch feedback collection, then finalize CD release content.  Surveys go out for reward choices and addresses. Production of physical rewards.  Shipping stuff.
